Book Club: All About Love by bell hooks- June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22
Join us for four sessions this summer led by Rev. Mia discussing "All About Love" by bell hooks. Sessions will be the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of June and July at 7:00 PM. The first three sessions will be on Zoom only. The final session will be offered as a hybrid event, with dinner and fellowship in person at Riverside. Please register for the Zoom event here.

Pride Sunday- June 14
Join us on Sunday, June 14, as we celebrate Pride with a musical theatre worship experience. Featuring Rev. Sam Kinsman, Rev. Mia M. McClain, and the Riverside choir and musicians, service begins at 10:00 AM. This year's theme is "Changed for Good."

Rev. Sam Kinsman has journeyed far from his childhood in rural California. From a childhood spent preaching and singing through his studies in an MFA Acting program to his time at Union Theological Seminary, the Spirit molds and guides him to serve as Christ would. His Ministry exists at the apex of theatre-making, discerning the Spirit’s cry, and profound geekiness. He is currently a campus Chaplain at both the University of Rochester and the Rochester Institute of Technology as he is called to empower and interrogate what the beloved Church might become for Gen Z and beyond.

Join us for a technicolor event to celebrate Pride!
Riverside Baptist Church is hosting our Pride Pageant on Saturday, June 14, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It's going to be a wonderful community celebration featuring a runway showcase across four categories for youth, adults, and older adults — plus food, line dancing, and lots of fun.

Categories will include:
- Best Dressed (Youth, Adult, Senior): Fashion is your statement- bring your finest look. Prom-themed encouraged! Age-divided category.
- Most Spirited: Bring the energy, the noise, and the joy! Who came to CELEBRATE?
- Best Costume: Theme it up- best full costume or creative concept outfit takes the crown.
- Hot Topic: Use your look to speak truth. Bring awareness to a cause that matters to you.
- Executive Realness: Bring the look of a BOSS- power suit, sharp edge, commanding presence.

We carry a number of items ranging from cheeses to beans, canned chicken and fish, and more.
